Green Layer:
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon of matcha powder
- 1 small avocado or half a large one
- 1 banana
- juice of 2 oranges
- 1 cup of spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup of mango chunks
- 3/4 cup of pineapple chunks
- 2 fresh peeled and quartered beets
- 1 cup of raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 2 cups of frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- Blend each layer in a high speed blender and place in a separate container.
- Layer the serving cups by pouring the bottom layer to the third bottom of the cups and then use a large spoon or small ladle to add the second layer carefully over the tops. Then gradually add the third layer. Serve and enjoy!
