This invigorating mandarin mojito formula is made with new mandarin juice (or tangerine juice), lime juice, sugar stick squeeze or sugar, mint leaves, shimmering water, and rum. Mojitos are one of my preferred mixed drinks, well, the equivalent is valid for margaritas, caipirinhas, bubbly mixed drinks, and so on. Don't worry about it, I love mixed drinks.
Invigorating and simple tangerine or mandarin mojito formula, this citrusy Latin mixed drink is made with crisp mandarin juice, lime juice, sugar stick squeeze or sugar, mint leaves, shimmering water, and rum.
Mandarins are extraordinary for making mixed drinks (and mocktails), it is a smidgen of work to juice them – particularly the little ones, however new mandarin or tangerine juice is so fresh and reviving, which makes it flawless to use in a mixed drink. The juice can be made early, however likely no longer than medium-term or 6-8 hours with the goal that it's still extremely new.
The conventional mojito is typically made utilizing sugar stick juice, known as jugo de caña or guarapo in Spanish. I love newly made sugar stick juice, in my old neighborhood there are a few little stands that have little plants to squeeze sugar stick into juice, and it's an exceptionally well known end of the week drink. I found canned sugar stick juice at one of the Latin supermarkets and chose to attempt it in these mojitos. The kind of the canned juice doesn't approach the new jugo de caña that I love, so I wouldn't drink only it. In any case, in the mixed drink it really works well overall and you have that trace of guarapo taste in the mojito.

- Gently muddle or crush the mint leaves with the sugar cane juice (or sugar or simple syrup).
- Add the rum, lime juice, and mandarin juice, mix well and taste. Add sugar or rum if needed – remember than you will still add sparkling water. Add a few ice cubes and some mandarin slices. Then top off with the sparkling water and mix gently.
- As mentioned above, to serve in each individual glass: put ice cube in the glass, then add some fresh mint leaves and mandarin slices, and pour the drink into the glasses. Top off with additional sparkling water or club soda if needed.
- Serve immediately.
