- 1 bag frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup half and half cream
- 3 bottles sparkling wine or champagne

- Pour a bag of frozen raspberries into a medium sized pot and heat over medium heat until the raspberries start to break down and they get all soupy.
