- 1/4 cup apple, diced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 3 tbsp red onion, diced
- 2 springs green onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
- 1 avocado, mashed
- Juice of half a lemon
- Combine all of the ingredients (reserving the lemon) in a bowl and mix well, using a fork to break up the tuna and mash in the avocado.
