First up: this refreshingly basic mint matcha frosted tea. This is clearly not a conventional method to utilize matcha, however I simply love it.
Rather than whisking your matcha, shake it up in a mixed drink shaker (or in a container with a tight cover), at that point include ice, mint and lime juice. I favored mine unsweet, yet you need progressively minty-sweetness, soak the mint into a straightforward syrup.

- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 teaspoons Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 lime, sliced
- handfuls of mint
- optional: honey or cane sugar (or minty simple syrup, see notes)
Instructions
- Using a cocktail shaker (or a large jar with a non-leaky lid) shake together the water and matcha until there are no lumps.
- Add the ice, a squeeze of lime, handfuls of mint and shake it some more. (Add sweetener if you like).
- Pour into glasses with extra lime slices and mint
