There are hardly any dinners simpler to make than a smoothie. All you truly need is a blender, a couple of fixings, and a glass, and you have a delightful feast! This blueberry smoothie is the same. Smoothies make the ideal in a hurry breakfast, lunch or tidbit.
Trust me, I realize that on keto there are not many breakfast alternatives. Bacon and eggs get old quick. This smoothie makes for a yummy, simple breakfast. Also, a very filling smoothie!
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 drops liquid stevia, or Lakanto Monkfruit Liquid Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all the ingredients into a mixer, and blend until smooth. Add in ice-cubes to make the smoothie colder if needed. Enjoy!
