Cherry & Thyme Prosecco Smash #healthydrink #drinkrecipe #smoothiehealthy #cocktail

Cherry Prosecco crush is a delightful and sweet shining beverage made with Prosecco and crisp fruits. A snappy and rich gluten free and refined sugar free mixed beverage.

Hello, companions! This week in Atlanta has been particularly warm, as Southern California warm and I'm adoring each moment of it! This excellent climate roused me to keep cool with a cherry Prosecco crush close by. My undisputed top choice mixed drink is Prosecco so I needed to share this enjoyment and simple approach to take your Prosecco to a new level.

This Prosecco crush formula meets up rapidly. In the first place, I pitted my fruits utilizing a straw. I found this thought of utilizing straws to pit fruits two or three years prior some place in a Buzzfeed article and it's a distinct advantage! I can't trust I went as long as I can remember attempting to pit fruits utilizing blade. To pit the fruits with a straw: take the finish of the straw and supplement it into the highest point of the cherry and through the furthest edge. This will pop the pit out and leave you with a superbly hollowed cherry.

In the wake of pitting my fruits, I crushed them in a mixed drink shaker until the juices discharged. I blended in my maple syrup and lemon squeeze and afterward emptied the blend into serving glass with ice. At long last, I finished them off with Prosecco.

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Prosecco
  • thyme sprigs
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Place the pitted cherries, syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and smash until juices release. OR place into a food processor or blender and blend well. If you like cherry chunks (I’m totally into it) then distribute into 4 serving glasses OR use a fine mesh strainer to remove the cherry pieces.
